These are used for 6x135mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 Lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

These bolt to your 6x135mm hub so you can run 5x4.5" (114.3mm) wheels, pushing each wheel out 2" for a wider stance. Seat each adapter flat against a clean hub and torque the studs to your vehicle's factory specification using our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush. Free US shipping.

Yes, when seated flat against the hub, torqued to spec, re-torqued after the first drive, and running full stud and thread engagement they perform reliably.
Will my 5x4.5" wheels bolt right on?
Yes. The outer face is drilled 5x4.5" (114.3mm), so any wheel in that pattern mounts directly to the adapter.
