These are used for 6x5.5 (139.7mm) bolt pattern cars to fit 5 Lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

This 2" adapter lets a 6x5.5" hub run 5x4.5" wheels while spacing the wheel out 2" per side for extra track width. Seat each one flat against a clean hub with full thread engagement, torque to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. Any factory studs that protrude past the adapter face must be shortened so the wheel seats flush.
