These are used for 6x5.5 (139.7mm) bolt pattern cars to fit 5 Lug 4.75" (120.7mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

Bolt the adapter to a clean hub face and torque the inner hardware before hanging the wheel, using the values in our torque reference chart. Confirm the plates sit completely flat with nothing trapped behind them. Re-torque all hardware after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, when installed correctly. The adapter must sit flat against a clean hub face, every nut torqued to spec with full thread engagement on the studs, and everything re-checked after 50 to 100 miles of driving.
Why is this adapter two pieces?
On a 6x5.5 to 5x4.75 conversion the two bolt patterns overlap, so one plate cannot carry both sets of holes. The combination design splits them: one piece bolts to your hub, the second carries the new studs for your 5x4.75 wheels.
