Clean the hub face before fitting so the spacer sits completely flat, then torque your lug bolts to spec using our torque reference chart and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. Even at 5mm, check that your bolts still reach full thread engagement; the listing recommends confirming bolt length against spacer thickness.
Common questions
What is a 5mm spacer used for?
Fine adjustments. Five millimeters per side is enough to gain a little clearance at a caliper or suspension component, or to bring the wheel face out slightly, while keeping changes to your hardware to a minimum.
Can I keep my factory lug bolts?
Measure first. Your bolts will thread 5mm less deep into the hub, so they need at least 5mm of thread to spare while still reaching full engagement. If they do not, use bolts 5mm longer than stock.
