No. These use a straight tapered conical seat that must match tapered bolt holes in the wheel. Ball seat bolts have a rounded face and contact the wheel differently, so always match the seat type your wheel was drilled for.
How do I keep the black finish looking clean?
Use a snug six-point 17mm socket and start each bolt by hand. Most finish damage comes from a loose or worn socket spinning under an impact gun, so do the final tightening with a hand torque wrench instead.
