Thread each bolt in by hand before reaching for the 17mm socket, and snug the wheel down in a star pattern so the conical seats center it evenly. Finish at the torque listed in our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
My old bolts have a rounded seat. Will these work?
No. A rounded seat means ball seat hardware, and this is a conical (tapered) seat bolt. The two are not interchangeable, so compare the seat shape on your current bolts before ordering.
How many should I order?
These are sold individually, so order one for every bolt hole you are replacing. Many drivers replace the full set at once so every seat and thread wears evenly.
