Thread each bolt in by hand before reaching for tools, then tighten in a star pattern to pull the wheel up evenly. Set final torque to your vehicle's spec with help from our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Are 14x1.5 and 12x1.5 lug bolts interchangeable?
No. The first number is the thread diameter, so a 14mm bolt will not start in a hub tapped for 12mm. Check the size stamped on your originals or measure the threads before ordering.
My wheels came with ball seat bolts. Will these conical bolts work?
Not in the same wheel. The seat shape has to match the lug hole machined into the wheel, and conical and ball seats are not interchangeable. Use these only with wheels cut for a conical seat.
