Hand-start each bolt to avoid cross-threading, then tighten in a crisscross pattern and finish with a torque wrench set to your vehicle's spec. Our torque reference chart is a good starting point if you do not have the factory figure handy. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Why does the shank length matter?
The shank is the section that passes through the wheel and threads into the hub. Too short and you lose thread engagement; too long and the bolt can bottom out before the wheel is fully clamped. Measure a bolt you are replacing against the 33mm shank and 58mm overall length here.
Can I run these in a wheel made for ball seat bolts?
No. These are conical seat bolts with a straight tapered face, and ball seat wheels have rounded bolt pockets. The seat styles are not interchangeable, so match what your wheel was machined for.
