This will fit duplex spline tuner lug nuts with 7-point head. We do not guarantee this will work for spline tuner lug nuts you bought from other places. (Not for regular spline lug nuts)

Seat the key fully over the spline nut and into your socket before turning so the points do not round off, then tighten each nut to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart. Re-torque the nuts after 50 to 100 miles.
