Wrangler JK 2007–2018 and JL 2018–2023, Gladiator 2020–2023 and Grand Cherokee 1999–2023 wheel spacers: 5x127 (5x5"), 71.5mm hub

Every 5x127 Jeep on this list has a 71.5mm hub. What changes is the stud thread, so pick the pair whose studs match your Jeep:

• 1/2"-20 studs: Wrangler JK and Wrangler Unlimited JK 2007–2018, Grand Cherokee WJ 1999–2004 and WK 2005–2010, Commander 2006–2010. Fit the 5x5" bolt-on pair with 1/2" studs (78.3mm center bore, 0.75" to 2") or the 5x5" hub centric Jeep pair (71.5mm bore, 1/2" studs, 1.25" or 2"), whose listing covers original wheels and, for vehicles not on its list, a factory hub shaped like its diagram and no taller than 20mm.
• 14x1.5 studs: Wrangler JL and Wrangler Unlimited JL 2018–2023 (the JL's 14x1.5 lug nuts carry on through 2025), Gladiator 2020–2023 and Grand Cherokee 2011–2023. Fit the 5x5" bolt-on pair with 14x1.5 studs (78.3mm center bore, 1" to 2"). The hub centric 71.5mm pair has 1/2" studs, so it is not the match for these Jeeps.

The JK and the JL were both sold as 2018 models, so on a 2018 Wrangler confirm the generation before ordering: a JL has 14x1.5 studs, a JK has 1/2"-20. Cherokee XJ 1984–2001, Liberty 2002–2012, Comanche 1986–1992 and Wrangler YJ 1987–1995 and TJ 1997–2006 wheel spacers: 5x114.3 (5x4.5") Jeeps

The Cherokee XJ 1984–2001, Comanche 1986–1992, Grand Cherokee ZJ 1993–1998, Liberty 2002–2012, Wrangler YJ 1987–1995, Wrangler TJ 1997–2006 and Wrangler Unlimited 2004–2006 use 5x114.3 with a 1/2"-20 thread and a 71.5mm hub. The match is the 5x4.5" hub centric Jeep pair (71.5mm bore, 1/2" studs, 1.5" or 2"), listed for original wheels and, for vehicles not on its list, a factory hub shaped like its diagram and no taller than 20mm. The 5x4.5" pair with 12x1.5 studs is not for these Jeeps; its studs are the wrong thread.

The first-generation Compass 2007–2017 and Patriot 2007–2017 are also 5x114.3, but with a 12x1.5 thread and a 67.1mm hub (a second-generation Compass was also sold as a 2017 and differs). For them, choose the 5x4.5" hub centric pair with a 67.1mm bore (12x1.5 studs, 1") or the 5x4.5" bolt-on pair with 12x1.5 studs (73mm center bore, 0.75" to 2"). CJ-5 1955–1983, CJ-7 1976–1986 and CJ-8 Scrambler 1981–1986 wheel spacers: 5x139.7 (5x5.5") Jeeps

The CJ-5 1955–1983, CJ-6 1955–1975, CJ-7 1976–1986, CJ-8 Scrambler 1981–1986 and CJ-3B 1955–1968 use 5x139.7 with a 1/2"-20 thread and a 108mm hub. The 5x5.5" bolt-on pair with 1/2" studs (1" to 2"), whose listing covers all Jeeps and CJs 1946–1985, fits them. The Willys Pickup 1955–1964 shares the 5x5.5" pattern and a 1/2"-20 thread, but its driver's-side studs are left-hand and its hub is not confirmed by an outside source; the 1/2" pair's right-hand studs are not a match for that side, so ask us before ordering anything for it. Some early Jeeps carry left-hand studs on the driver's side; a bolt-on pair mounts on your factory studs, so check the thread direction on each side before ordering.

Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer

The 2022 Wagoneer uses the 6x139.7 (6x5.5") pattern with 14x1.5 lug nuts (its nuts are confirmed through 2024), and the Grand Wagoneer 2022–2023 uses the same pattern. How to choose: thread, hub bore and thickness

Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Every pair on this page is bolt-on.

• Thread: 1/2"-20 on the Wrangler YJ 1987–1995, TJ 1997–2006 and JK 2007–2018, Grand Cherokee ZJ 1993–1998, WJ 1999–2004 and WK 2005–2010, Commander 2006–2010, Cherokee XJ 1984–2001, Liberty 2002–2012 and the CJ-5 1955–1983, CJ-6 1955–1975, CJ-7 1976–1986, CJ-8 Scrambler 1981–1986 and CJ-3B 1955–1968; 14x1.5 on the Wrangler JL 2018–2023, Gladiator 2020–2023 and Grand Cherokee 2011–2023; 12x1.5 on the first-generation Compass 2007–2017 and Patriot 2007–2017. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, your own lug nuts clamp the pair to the hub; on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that pair's listing, or with lug nuts that match its stud thread if the listing names none.
• Hub bore: a hub centric pair's bore matches the hub (71.5mm on the JK, WJ, WK, Commander, XJ, ZJ, Liberty, YJ and TJ; 67.1mm on the first-generation Compass and Patriot); a lug centric pair's center bore only has to clear the hub (78.3mm on the 5x5" pairs, 73mm on the 5x4.5" 12x1.5 pair). If your Jeep is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
• Thickness available: 5x5" 1/2" pair 0.75" to 2", 5x5" 14x1.5 pair 1" to 2", 5x5" hub centric Jeep pair 1.25" or 2" and 5x4.5" hub centric Jeep pair 1.5" or 2" (both: original wheels; if not on the listing, a hub shaped like its diagram and no taller than 20mm); 5x4.5" 67.1mm pair 1", 5x4.5" 12x1.5 pair 0.75" to 2"; 5x5.5" pair 1" to 2". Pick the smallest thickness that gives the clearance you need; if the factory studs stand proud of a thin spacer's face they may need shortening, which comes up most on 1" pairs.
• Torque: torque the nuts to your Jeep's specification and check them again after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Which bolt pattern does my Jeep Wrangler use? The YJ 1987–1995 and TJ 1997–2006 are 5x114.3 (5x4.5") with a 1/2"-20 thread. The JK 2007–2018 is 5x127 (5x5") with a 1/2"-20 thread. The JL 2018–2023 is 5x127 with a 14x1.5 thread. All of them have a 71.5mm hub.

By generation: ZJ 1993–1998 is 5x114.3 with a 1/2"-20 thread (the 5x4.5" hub centric Jeep pair, original wheels; if not on its list, a hub shaped like its diagram and no taller than 20mm); WJ 1999–2004 and WK 2005–2010 are 5x127 with 1/2"-20 (the 5x5" 1/2" pair, or the 5x5" hub centric Jeep pair under the same conditions); the Grand Cherokee 2011–2023 is 5x127 with 14x1.5 (the 5x5" 14x1.5 pair).

Do bolt-on Jeep spacers include lug nuts? Each listing says what it includes. The pair fastens to the hub with your own lug nuts on a studded hub, or with hub-side lug bolts in your car's thread and seat, bought separately, on a lug-bolt hub, since bolt-on spacers never include lug bolts. The wheel mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that listing, or with lug nuts matching its stud thread if none are named.
