Confirm your studs are actually left hand thread before installing, since a LH nut will not start on a standard right hand stud. Start each nut by hand, tighten in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec with our torque reference chart as a guide, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Common questions

What does LH mean on a lug nut?
Left hand thread. It tightens counterclockwise, the opposite of a standard lug nut, and is used on vehicles that came with left hand threaded studs. If your studs are right hand thread, this is not the nut you need.

Will a mag style nut work on a wheel made for conical or ball seats?
No. Mag, conical, and ball seats are not interchangeable. The seat has to match the wheel's machining for the nut to clamp squarely, so verify your wheel takes a mag style lug nut first.
