Start each nut by hand to protect the threads, remembering that left hand threads tighten counterclockwise. Snug the wheel in a star pattern, torque to the spec in our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Will these work on wheels made for mag or ball seat lug nuts?
No. These have a tapered bulge acorn seat, and seat types are not interchangeable. The nut's seat must match the wheel's lug hole shape to center the wheel and hold torque, so run them only on wheels cut for a tapered acorn seat.
What does LH mean on the thread size?
LH is left hand thread. These nuts tighten counterclockwise and loosen clockwise, the reverse of standard lug nuts, and they only fit 5/8" studs cut with a left hand thread. If your studs take normal right hand nuts, these will not thread on.
