Thread the nuts on by hand first, then draw the wheel down in a crossing sequence and torque to your vehicle's factory specification with the torque reference chart as your guide. Plan to re-torque after 50 to 100 miles so everything is holding at spec once the parts have settled.

Thread is only half of it. The seat also has to match, and these are conical acorn nuts. They will not seat correctly in a wheel designed for ball or mag style nuts.
