Start each nut by hand for several turns to rule out cross-threading, and keep the washer sitting flat against the wheel face as you snug it down. Tighten in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec using the torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles of driving.
Common questions
Can I use these in place of my conical (tapered) seat lug nuts?
No. Conical, mag, and ball seats are not interchangeable. These are mag style nuts with a washer, so your wheel must have a flat, shank-style lug hole machined for a mag seat. Check the seat shape on your current wheel before ordering.
How do I know the shank will fit my wheel?
Measure the lug hole in your wheel. The shank on this nut is 0.75" in diameter and 1" long, so the hole needs to accept a 0.75" shank and be deep enough for it to seat properly without bottoming out.
