Start each nut by hand a few full turns before reaching for tools, then snug the wheel down in a star pattern. Finish with a torque wrench set to your vehicle's spec, with our torque reference chart as a starting point, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Do I need to match the seat type?
Yes. The seat is the surface where the nut clamps against the wheel, and conical, mag, and ball seats are not interchangeable. Acorn nuts seat on a taper, so your wheel's lug holes need the matching tapered shape. Check the hardware you are replacing against the drawing on this page.
How many should I order?
These are priced individually, so order one nut per stud you are replacing. If your current hardware is worn or mismatched, replacing the full set at once keeps every position clamping the same way.
