Place the ET conical washer against the wheel, thread each nut on by hand, and snug the set in a star pattern. Do the final tightening with a torque wrench set to your vehicle's spec from our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Common questions

Can I install these with an impact gun?
Start every nut by hand so the 1/2"-20 threads engage cleanly, and save the final pass for a torque wrench. An impact makes it easy to overshoot spec, and accurate torque is what keeps the washer seated properly.

Do these fit wheels made for conical, mag or ball seat lug nuts?
No. Seat types are not interchangeable. This ET style with its conical washer is designed for old style E-T wheels, so a wheel with a different seat needs the matching lug nut style.
