Place the ET conical washer on the nut before it meets the wheel, then start each nut by hand to confirm the 7/16"-20 thread engages cleanly. Torque in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec using the torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles of driving.

Do these come with the washers?
Yes. Each lug nut includes its ET conical washer, which is the part that actually seats against the wheel. Always install with the washer in place.
Can I run these on a wheel that takes mag or ball seat lug nuts?
No. Seat types are not interchangeable. These are ET conical style made for old style E-T wheels; a mag or ball seat wheel needs hardware machined for that specific seat.
