How do I know the long version is the right choice?
This long style measures 1.75" overall with a 0.33" shank. Measure the nuts you are replacing, or check how much room the lug hole and stud give you, and pick the length that matches what came off the wheel.
Are ET nuts interchangeable with conical, mag, or ball seat nuts?
No. Each seat type mates with a specific wheel design, and old style E-T wheels require this ET style nut with its conical washer. A different seat type will not sit flush in the lug hole, so it cannot hold torque safely.
