Position the ET conical washer, then start each nut by hand so you never force a cross-thread. Tighten in a star pattern with a torque wrench set to your vehicle's spec from our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Are these interchangeable with standard conical, mag, or ball seat lug nuts?
No. Each seat type has to match the wheel it was designed for. These are ET style nuts intended for old style E-T wheels, and a nut with the wrong seat will not make even contact with the wheel.
Why choose an open end nut?
The open design lets the stud pass through the nut, so it works even when your studs extend farther than a closed nut would allow. It also makes it easy to see full thread engagement at a glance.
