6-Spline tuner style red finish open end lug nuts 12mmx1.25 thread size with key. The hex key has both 3/4" and 13/16" head. The lugs are heat treated to achieve extra strength. Our application guide page will answer most of your application fitment questions but do not hesitate to ask us.

Start each nut by hand a few turns to avoid cross-threading, then tighten in a star pattern with the included spline key driven by a 3/4 inch or 13/16 inch socket. Bring them to your vehicle's torque spec, with our torque reference chart as a starting point, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Common questions

Do I need a special tool to install or remove these?
Yes. The 6-spline drive only accepts the included spline key, and the key turns with a standard 3/4 inch or 13/16 inch socket or wrench. Keep the key with your jack so it is on hand for a roadside wheel change.

Does seat type matter?
Yes. Conical, mag, and ball seat lug nuts are not interchangeable, so match the seat machined into your wheel along with the 12x1.25 thread. A mismatched seat cannot make full contact with the wheel.
