Hand-thread each nut before applying a wrench, then tighten to your vehicle's factory specification following a crossing pattern. The torque reference chart has the correct value, and you should re-check torque after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Will these swap onto my wheels?
Only if both the thread and the seat match. A 7/16" thread is a start, but conical, ball, and mag seats are not interchangeable, so verify your seat type before ordering.
