Seat the washer flat against the wheel, start each nut by hand, then tighten in a star pattern using a 7/8" socket to the value on our torque reference chart. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles of driving.

Common questions

What size socket do these take?
A 7/8" hex socket. Use a proper six-point socket and a torque wrench for final tightening rather than guessing with an impact gun.

Will these work on wheels designed for conical seat lug nuts?
No. Mag, conical, and ball seats are not interchangeable. This nut uses a 0.75" diameter shank with a washer and is made for mag seat wheels such as Cragar SST/Weld and Racing wheels. Check that your wheel's lug holes are drilled for a shank of that diameter before ordering.
