Start each nut by hand with the washer flat against the wheel face, then tighten in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec on our torque reference chart. Re-torque after the first 50 to 100 miles so the washers stay fully seated. The open end lets longer studs pass through rather than bottoming out inside the nut.

What size socket do these take?
These use a 7/8" hex, so run a 7/8" six point socket for clean engagement when torquing them down.

Can I run these on a wheel made for conical seat nuts?
No. Mag style nuts seat through their flat washer, while conical nuts seat in a tapered hole. The seat styles are not interchangeable, so use these only on mag seat wheels such as the Cragar, Protec, Weld Pro Star and Draglite models listed.
