Check the new stud against the one you removed: the 12x1.5 thread and 1.5 inch overall length should match, and the shoulder or knurl should look identical to the original so it seats in the hub the same way. Common questions
Is 12x1.5 the same as 12x1.25?
No. Both are 12 mm studs, but the pitch differs: 1.5 mm versus 1.25 mm between threads. Lug nuts for one will not thread onto the other, so match the pitch marked on your old stud or your existing lug nuts.
How is overall length measured?
End to end, from the base of the head to the tip of the threads. Measure your old stud the same way; if it reads 1.5 inches, this stud is a direct replacement.
