Thread every bolt in by hand before reaching for the spline key so nothing cross threads. Snug the wheel down in a crossing pattern, torque to your vehicle's spec with help from our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
How do I confirm the 1.1 in (28mm) shank is right for my wheels?
Measure the bolts you are taking off and match them. A shank that runs too long can bottom out before the wheel is clamped, while one that is too short gives up thread engagement, so stay close to your existing hardware's shank and overall length.
Are seat types interchangeable?
No. Conical, mag, and ball seats each mate with a different machined surface in the wheel, and the seat is what centers and holds the wheel. Match the seat your wheel is designed for every time you change lug hardware.
