Do these fit any wheel with a 12x1.5 thread?
No. The seat has to match too. These are 60 degree conical seat nuts, and cone, mag, and ball seats are not interchangeable; a mismatched seat will not clamp the wheel properly no matter how tight it feels.
Can I run them on my factory wheels?
They are made for aftermarket wheels. Your thread pitch may match, but many factory wheels have a lug pocket that is too small for a spike nut to seat with full clamping force, so check your wheel seats before ordering.
