Seat the spacer flat against a clean hub face, mount the wheel, and torque the lug bolts to spec using our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. At 16mm you should plan on longer bolts: add the spacer thickness to your factory bolt length so the hub keeps full thread engagement.
