Will these fit my 2017-2020 or 2022 and newer MDX? No. Acura moved the MDX to a 5x120 pattern with the 2017 refresh and kept it on the 2022-on fourth generation, so a 5x114.3 adapter will not bolt to those hubs. Check your door jamb year and measure your pattern before ordering.

Can I put 5x120 wheels on my 2014-2016 MDX? Yes. A 5x114.3 to 5x120 adapter lets a 2001-2006 or 2014-2016 MDX run 5x120 wheels, including takeoffs from 2017 and newer MDX models. Confirm wheel offset and center bore clearance, and verify fitment before ordering.
