- Measure your hub's center pilot and confirm it passes through the adapter's 78.1mm center bore. This matters most on the listed models with a 78.3mm hub: the C/K 1500 2WD, Blazer 2WD, Yukon 2WD, 1991 Suburban 2WD and 1985 Astro. Hub-side lug nuts are bought separately: use nuts that match your hub studs' thread and the adapter's seat, and confirm your hub studs pass through the adapter's hub-side holes before ordering.

**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Seat each adapter flat on a clean hub face and torque the hardware to your vehicle's factory specification, then check the wheel-side fasteners too.
