**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Install the adapters on clean, flat hub faces, then hang the 5x4.75 wheels on the included new studs. Torque the adapter hardware and the wheel hardware to spec using our torque reference chart, and re-torque both after 50 to 100 miles.

Is 5x4.75 the same as 5x120.65?
Yes. 5x4.75" is the inch name for the metric 5x120.65mm pattern, which you will also see rounded to 5x120.7. A wheel marked either way fits this adapter.

Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, when installed correctly: the adapter seated flat against the hub, all nuts torqued to spec and re-torqued after the first 50 to 100 miles, and full thread engagement on every stud.
