Each adapter torques to your Ranger's native bolt pattern on the vehicle side and presents a different pattern on the wheel side. Because the Ranger has shipped in two very different bolt patterns over the years, confirm your exact year and trim before ordering.

  • 2019–2025 (current T6 / P703 platform, all trims): 6x5.5" (139.7mm), fits these adapters

The real fitment check is the pattern itself, not the badge on the tailgate, count the lugs and measure your hub before you buy. Note the trap here: the Ranger spans two completely different patterns, and there was no North American Ranger from roughly 2012 through 2018, so a "Ranger adapter" from one era will not fit the other.

Common questions

What bolt pattern does the Ford Ranger use?
It depends on the year. Rangers from 1983–2011 use a 5x4.5" (114.3mm) 5-lug pattern, while the current-generation Ranger sold from 2019 onward uses a 6x5.5" (139.7mm) 6-lug pattern. Count your lugs and measure your hub to confirm which one you have.

Did the Ford Ranger bolt pattern change across model years?
Yes, and dramatically. The Ranger went from a 5-lug 5x4.5" pattern on the older trucks to a 6-lug 6x5.5" pattern when the current T6 platform launched in 2019 (there was no North American Ranger in between). Always match the adapter to your specific year's pattern.
