What bolt pattern does my Sierra 1500 have? If it is a 1999 or newer Sierra 1500, it is 6x5.5 (6x139.7), unless it is a 2001-2007 Sierra 1500HD, which uses the 8x6.5 (8x165.1) pattern. On 1988-1998 trucks check your drivetrain: 4WD K1500s are 6x5.5, 2WD C1500s are 5x5 (5x127). A few 1999-2000 old-body-style trucks carry the earlier setup, so verify before ordering.

When did the Sierra HD bolt pattern change? In 2011. Eight-lug Sierra 2500 and 3500 trucks through 2010 use 8x6.5 (8x165.1), while 2011 and newer HD trucks use 8x180 on single-rear-wheel models and 8x210 on dually rear wheels. If you drive a 1988-2000 Sierra 2500, count your lugs before ordering: light-duty 2500s use six lugs (6x5.5), and only three-quarter-ton 8-lug trucks use 8x6.5. The two newer 8-lug patterns do not interchange without an adapter.
