What bolt pattern does the Isuzu Pick-up use?
Every Isuzu Pick-up we could verify, from the 1981–1996 P'up (KB / Faster) through the later 2013–2020 Pickup, uses a 6-lug 6x5.5" (139.7mm) hub pattern. That is the pattern our adapters bolt to.

Did the bolt pattern change across the years?
No, unlike a lot of trucks, the Isuzu Pick-up stayed on the same 6x5.5" (139.7mm) pattern across generations, so you don't have to worry about a mid-run switch. Still count your lugs and measure the hub to be certain before ordering.
