Our Jaguar XJ6 wheel adapters bolt directly to the car's native 5x4.75" (120.6mm) hub and give you a new outer bolt pattern and added track width on the other side. That means you can run wheels the XJ6 was never designed for, push the wheels out for a wider, more planted stance, and clear larger tires or big-brake setups. Every XJ6 from the Series 1 through the X300 shares this same 5x4.75" hub, but confirm your exact year and trim before ordering so you match the correct thread and hub bore.

Jaguar XJ6 bolt pattern by year

  • 1968–1973 (Series 1): 5x4.75" (120.6mm), fits these adapters
  • 1973–1979 (Series 2): 5x4.75" (120.6mm), fits these adapters
  • 1979–1987 (Series 3): 5x4.75" (120.6mm), fits these adapters

The real fitment check is always the pattern itself, so measure your hub or count the lugs before you buy, all five lugs on a 4.75" circle means you're on 5x4.75". The good news with the XJ6 is that every year carried this pattern, so there's no generation trap to watch for on this model.

What bolt pattern does the Jaguar XJ6 use?
Every Jaguar XJ6, from the 1968 Series 1 through the 1997 X300, uses a 5x4.75" (120.6mm) bolt pattern. Our adapters bolt directly to that hub, so any XJ6 in that range is covered.

Did the XJ6 bolt pattern change across the generations?
No. Unlike some models that switch patterns between generations, the XJ6 kept the same 5x4.75" hub across all of its runs, Series 1, 2, and 3, the XJ40, and the X300. It's only when Jaguar moved to the XJ8 (X308) in 1997 that the XJ6 name was retired, so anything badged XJ6 is on 5x4.75".
