Every Nissan Titan and Titan XD rides on a 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) bolt pattern, and these hub-centric adapters are machined to bolt to that hub and space your wheels out or convert to a different pattern entirely. Whether you're clearing wider tires, running a wheel from another truck, or dialing in the stance, each adapter is sold as a pair and built for a precise, wobble-free fit. Confirm your exact year and trim before ordering, the pattern is the real safety check.

Nissan Titan bolt pattern by year

  • 2004–2015 (1st gen Titan): 6x5.5" (6x139.7), fits these adapters
  • 2016–2024 (2nd gen Titan & Titan XD): 6x5.5" (6x139.7), fits these adapters

Good news: every Titan generation uses the same 6x5.5" pattern, so these adapters cover the full model run. Still verify your year and trim, since hub bore and stud specs can vary.

Convert your 6x5.5" Titan hub to:

  • 6x5.5" to 6x5.5" (6x139.7), pure spacer-style, Chevy 108mm bore, 7/16" studs
  • 6x5.5" to 6x135 (6x139.7 → 6x135), run Ford F-150 / Expedition wheels
  • 6x5.5" to 5x5.5" (6x139.7 → 5x139.7), 2" thick
  • 6x5.5" to 8x170 (6x139.7 → 8x170), hub-centric, 2" thick, Super Duty wheels
  • 6x5.5" to 5x4.75" (6x139.7 → 5x120.65), 2" thick
  • 6x5.5" to 8x180 (6x139.7 → 8x180), 2" thick

Common questions

What bolt pattern does the Nissan Titan use?
All Titan and Titan XD trucks (2004–2024) use a 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) bolt pattern. These adapters bolt to that hub, so they fit the entire Titan range, just confirm your exact year and trim first.

Do these fit both the Titan and the Titan XD?
Yes. Both share the 6x5.5" pattern. The "6 Lug 5.5" side is the side that mounts to your truck's hub.

Are they hub-centric?
The 6x5.5" to 8x170 adapter is hub-centric for a centered, vibration-free fit; the others are lug-centric and center on the studs. Torque to spec and re-check after your first drive.
