What bolt pattern does my Subaru Outback have? Model years 1995-2014 use 5x100. Model years 2015 and newer use 5x114.3, which is the metric equivalent of 5x4.5 inches. The two are not interchangeable, so verify your year and pattern before ordering.

Can I run my old 5x100 Subaru wheels on a 2015 or newer Outback? Yes. A 5x114.3 (5x4.5) to 5x100 adapter lets the newer hub accept your older 5x100 wheels. Check that the adapter thickness clears your suspension and fender before ordering.
