Because the Sequoia used more than one bolt pattern over its production run, confirm your exact year and trim before ordering.

Toyota Sequoia bolt pattern by year

  • 2001–2007 (1st gen, XK30/XK40): 6x5.5" (139.7mm), fits these adapters
  • 2008–2022 (2nd gen, XK60): 5x150mm, fits these adapters
  • 2023–present (3rd gen, XK80): 6x5.5" (139.7mm), fits these adapters

The real fitment check is the bolt pattern itself, not the badge on the tailgate, count your lugs and measure your hub before you buy. The Sequoia is a trap here because it swapped from a 6-lug to a 5-lug and back to a 6-lug across its three generations, so a 2010 and a 2024 do not share the same pattern.

What bolt pattern does the Toyota Sequoia use?
It depends on the year. The 1st-gen (2001–2007) and the current 3rd-gen (2023–present) trucks use a 6x5.5" (139.7mm) pattern, while every 2nd-gen model (2008–2022) uses a 5x150mm pattern. Match your adapter to your truck's pattern, not just the model name.

Did the Sequoia bolt pattern really change across model years?
Yes. Toyota ran a 6-lug 6x5.5" pattern on the first generation, switched to a 5-lug 5x150mm pattern for the entire second generation, then returned to 6x5.5" on the third-generation redesign. That's why we list adapters for both hub patterns, confirm which one your Sequoia has before ordering.
