Wheel Adapters for the Toyota T100

The Toyota T100 runs a 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) bolt pattern across its full 1993-1998 production run, so these adapters bolt to your factory hubs and open the door to a huge range of aftermarket and cross-brand wheels. Each set is machined from billet aluminum, hub-centric where noted, and ships with the studs and lug nuts you need to mount up. Sold in pairs.

Toyota T100 bolt pattern by year

  • 1993-1998 (all years, all trims): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters

Good news: the T100 used one pattern its entire run, so every model year takes a 6x5.5" adapter. If you're cross-shopping other Toyota trucks, note that Tacomas and newer Tundras can differ, always confirm your exact year and trim before ordering. The pattern on your hub is the real safety check; the year is just a guide.

Convert your 6x5.5" hubs to:

  • 6x5.5" to 8x6.5" (8x165.1mm), 2" thickness (pair)
  • 6x5.5" to 6x135 (6x135mm), pair
  • 6x5.5" to 5x5.5" (5x139.7mm), 2" thickness (pair)
  • 6x5.5" to 8x170 (8x170mm), hub centric, 2" thickness (pair)
  • 6x5.5" to 5x4.75" (5x120.65mm), 2" thickness (pair)

Every adapter above is sold as a pair. Order two sets if you're doing all four corners.

Common questions

What bolt pattern does the Toyota T100 use?
Every 1993-1998 Toyota T100 uses a 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) six-lug pattern. There is no generational split on the T100, so the pattern is consistent across all years and trims.

Will these fit any year T100?
Yes, the T100 kept the same 6x5.5" pattern for its entire run. Still, measure your hub or confirm your exact year and trim before ordering so you land on the right conversion.

What do the adapters let me run?
They convert your factory 6x5.5" hubs to a different pattern, 8x6.5", 6x135, 5x5.5", 8x170, or 5x4.75", so you can fit wheels built for other trucks. Pick the pattern that matches the wheels you want.
