Wheel Adapter Studs 1/2"
Wheel adapter studs 1/2"-20 RH thread size with 2.2" overall length (L1). Knurl diameter (D1) is 0.55". Compatible with our 4, 5, or 6 lug wheel adapters that come in 1/2" thread size studs (except for 5450-5450FBK and 5450-5450F-BL). They are not compatible with our 2-piece conversion adapter studs.

These are knurled press-in studs. Support the adapter plate, press the old stud out, and drive the replacement in straight until the knurl is fully seated. With the wheel back on, tighten the lug nuts to spec using our torque reference chart and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Which adapters use this stud?
Our 4, 5, or 6 lug wheel adapters that ship with 1/2" thread studs, with two exceptions: part numbers 5450-5450FBK and 5450-5450F-BL are not covered. 2-piece conversion adapters use a different stud and are not compatible either.
Is the thread right-hand or left-hand?
Right-hand, 1/2"-20. Lug nuts tighten clockwise, the standard direction, so no reversed threading is involved.
