Are these cone seat lug nuts?
Yes. Bulge acorn is a tapered cone seat design, so your wheels need conical lug holes. Cone, mag, and ball seat styles are not interchangeable; if your current nuts use a flat washer or a rounded seat, these are not the right match.
Can I install these with an impact wrench?
Use an impact only to snug them at low power, if at all. Finishing with a hand torque wrench protects the red finish from socket chatter and keeps you from overshooting the torque spec.
