How do I confirm this is the right washer?
Measure the old washer or the wheel itself. Your lug nut shank needs to fit the 3/4 inch inside diameter, the wheel pocket should accept the 1 1/8 inch outside diameter so the washer sits flat, and a thickness near 7/64 inch keeps lug nut thread engagement about where it was.
Can I replace just one washer?
Yes. These sell by the piece, so a single damaged washer is an easy swap. It is still worth checking the others while the wheel is off, since they tend to wear at the same rate.
