Run each nut down by hand before using a socket so you catch any cross-threading early. Bring the wheel up snug in a star pattern, torque to your vehicle's spec with help from our torque reference chart, then re-check the torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Are all acorn lug nuts interchangeable?
No. Beyond the thread size, the seat has to match your wheel. Acorn nuts use a tapered seat, and a wheel drilled for mag or ball seat hardware will not clamp correctly with them. Match both thread and seat to the nuts you are removing.
Will a 2.50" tall nut clear my wheels?
Measure the depth of your lug holes and any center cap you run. The drawing on this page shows the exact dimensions, so you can compare against your wheel before ordering.
