Start every nut by hand with the ET conical washer in place, then bring them up evenly in a star pattern with a torque wrench set to your vehicle's spec. Our torque reference chart covers common settings, and a re-torque after 50 to 100 miles confirms everything has stayed seated.
Common questions
What does the conical washer do?
The washer is the seating surface between the nut and the wheel. The 0.33" shank passes through it into the lug hole, while the washer's conical face does the clamping. Never install these without the washers.
How many do I need?
These are sold in each piece, so order one nut per wheel stud. Count the studs on one hub and multiply by the number of wheels you are converting.
