Replace one lug nut per wheel with a lock, then torque to your vehicle's spec using the included key and a torque wrench. Our torque reference chart lists common settings, and you should re-torque after 50 to 100 miles of driving. Keep the key with your jack kit so it is there when you need it.

Common questions

What does open end mean?
There is no closed cap on top, so the stud can pass through the lock. That makes these a practical choice when your studs sit longer than a capped lug nut would allow.

What tools work with the included key?
The dual socket key fits both 13/16 inch and 3/4 inch sockets, so it works with the two most common lug wrench sizes. Slip the key onto the lock, put your socket or lug wrench over the key, and turn as you would a normal lug nut.
