6-Spline tuner style open end black finish lug nuts 1/2" thread size with key. The hex key has both 3/4" and 13/16" head. The lugs are heat treated to achieve extra strength. Thread each nut on by hand before reaching for tools, then drive it with the spline key and a standard socket. Tighten in a criss-cross pattern to the spec in our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
What does open end mean?
The top of the nut is open instead of capped, so a stud that runs longer than the nut can pass straight through. You still get full thread engagement without the stud bottoming out against a closed cap.
Will these seat correctly in my wheels?
Only if the seat types match. Conical, mag, and ball seat wheels each need their own style of lug nut, and mixing them will not clamp properly. Check your wheel's seat before ordering, or send us the details and we will help confirm.
