This type of adapter is used for old VW wide 4 lug 130mm bolt pattern cars to fit 4 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined billet aluminum. New wheel studs are included. These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Set each adapter flush on a clean hub face and verify every stud engages fully before torquing. If factory studs stick out past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flat. Torque to your vehicle's factory specification, using the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
