These are used for 4 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 5" (127mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 1.75" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

These bolt to your 4x4.5 (114.3mm) hub so you can run 5x5 (127mm) wheels, changing both lug count and pattern. Mount each one flat against a clean hub and torque to your vehicle's factory specification with the torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If your factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush.
