This type of adapter is used for 6 lug 5.50" (139.7mm) bolt pattern many recent Chevy cars/trucks to fit 6 lug 5.50" bolt pattern wheels. Adapter bore diameter is 78mm. Check your hub diameter before purchase. CNC machined billet aluminum and thickness. New wheel studs and lug nuts are included.

These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:
  • Chevrolet: C/K 1500 2/4WD (99-01, not the 1999 C/K 1500 2WD, which is 5x127), Silverado 2/4WD (99-on, 6x139.7 hubs only), Sierra 2/4WD (99-on, 6x139.7 hubs only), Avalanche (01-on, 6x139.7 hubs only), Tahoe, Yukon (95-on, 6x139.7 hubs only; not the 1995-2000 Tahoe 2WD or the 2WD Yukon in 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1999, which are 5x127), Blazer-Full Size 4WD (92-94), Suburban (92-on, 6x139.7 hubs only; not the 1992-1999 Suburban 1500 2WD, which is 5x127)
  • GMC: K1500 4WD (88-ON), GMC - Denali (98-on)
  • Not for hubs larger than 78mm: this pair's 78mm center bore must clear the hub, and it does not clear the 78.1mm hub of the Silverado 1500 1999-2023, Avalanche 1500 2002-2013, Tahoe 4WD 1995-2023 or 2WD 2001-2023, or full-size Blazer 4WD 1992-1994, or the 78.3mm hub of the 1999 C/K 1500 4WD, the Yukon in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999, or the 2000 Suburban 1500. Check your hub diameter before ordering.
  • Dodge RAM 1500 (19-on)

Our premium quality adapters ensures durability and strength. Price is for a pair (2 adapters).

**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Fitment and specs

  • Same 6x5.5" (6x139.7) bolt pattern on both sides, so these work as spacers that add track width
  • 78mm bore, check your hub diameter before purchase
  • CNC machined billet aluminum
  • New wheel studs and lug nuts included
  • Sold as a pair (2 adapters)
  • Free US shipping

Seat each adapter flat against a clean hub face and torque the adapter nuts in a star pattern to the value in our torque reference chart, then mount and torque the wheels the same way. Re-torque all hardware after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Common questions

Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, when installed correctly. The adapter must sit flat on a clean hub, all hardware torqued to spec with full stud engagement, and re-torqued after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Why won't my wheel sit flush against the adapter?
If the factory hub studs stick out past the adapter face, they hold the wheel off the plate. Shortening the factory studs fixes this, and it comes up most often with 1" thick adapters.
