Wheel Adapter Studs 12mm 1.25

Fitment and specs

• Thread size: 12mm with a 1.25 pitch (12x1.25)
• Metric replacement stud for wheel adapters
• Takes lug nuts with a matching 12x1.25 thread

Make sure the replacement stud is fully and squarely seated in the adapter plate before the wheel goes back on. With the wheel mounted, tighten the lug nuts to spec using our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles of driving.

Common questions

How do I confirm 12x1.25 is the right thread?
Check the stud specification listed for your wheel adapter, or measure the old stud: the threaded shank is 12mm across, and a thread pitch gauge should read 1.25mm between threads. If your adapter is listed with 12x1.25 studs, these match.

Can I run 12x1.5 lug nuts on these studs?
No. The pitch has to match exactly. A 1.5 pitch nut will not thread onto a 1.25 stud, and forcing it will damage both parts. Use nuts marked 12x1.25 in the seat style your wheels require.
