12x1.5 Lug Bolts

Our full range of 12x1.5 lug bolts: 12 mm thread with a 1.5 mm pitch, also written M12x1.5 or 12mm x 1.50. Stocked in ball seat, conical seat, tuner seat and spline drive, with locking sets, extended shanks and PCD wobble bolts, in shank lengths from 23mm to 60mm including black finishes.

You will find this size on many older Mercedes and BMW models, with Mercedes ball seat fitments a store staple. A 12x1.25 bolt looks nearly identical but will not thread safely, so verify your pitch, seat and shank before ordering. Not sure how? The wheel fitment guide walks you through it.

12x1.5 lug bolt common questions

Common questions

Is M12x1.5 the same as 12x1.5? Yes, identical hardware written two ways. Listings also use 12mm x 1.50.

How do I tell ball seat from conical? Look where the bolt meets the wheel: a rounded curve is ball seat, common on Mercedes factory wheels, and a straight taper is conical, common on aftermarket wheels. Never mix them.

Can I reuse my stock bolts with spacers? Usually not. Add the spacer thickness to your stock shank length and buy that size, so the bolt still gets full thread engagement in the hub.

You may also need 12x1.25 lug bolts, 14x1.5 lug bolts and all lug bolts. Recommended torque by size is on our torque reference chart.
